Hello,
I tested the new version.
I installed it for all users. (In Windows XP home  edition /Dutch)
I had an error when I started it for one user, but for another user I had=
 no=20
error.
The first time I installed the new version I didn't see my own stamps=20
collection (made in png). When I uninstalled it and reinstalled it I saw =
my=20
stamps.(But the error problem was for one user still present)
