[Tuxpaint-users] preferences ignored on os x

I'm running the latest build (0.9.15) and latest config util on OS X 
10.3.9.  It appears the some preferences are honored (screen size) and 
others are ignored (print command, print dialog alt option, no save 
over).  It is working on another machine and both appear to be 
configured identically.  Can you help me figure out what's going on?  In 
order to print properly, I must get the print config dialog up, but no 
combination of preferences and key-strokes appears to work.  My 
workaround of using an alternate command-line is totally ignored.
