[Tuxpaint-users] Tux Paint 0.9.15-2 for Windows released

John Popplewell build an updated version of Tux Paint 0.9.15
(dubbed "0.9.15-2") which works around the bug in Windows98 that was
causing Tux Paint to crash if the Stamps package was installed.

As usuall, it is available as both an installer executable (.exe) and
a ZIP archive (.zip).

Additionally, the ZIP archive is now more compatible with older systems,
so if you had trouble unZIPping 0.9.15 or 0.9.15-1, this one should work.
(A new Stamps ZIP is available, too.  It's identical to 2005.11.25, except
it's been ZIP-compressed differently.)
