[Tuxpaint-users] Open a Tuxpaint pic by doubleclicking?

I have a teacher in our district who wants to be able to open a file in
Tuxpaint by just double-clicking it.  I can't seem to make this work.  Any
ideas or suggestions?

He has a template file in a shared folder on the school server.  He wants
kids to be able to go there and open that file, modify it, and then save
it into the students' default folder (which is in their home directory on
the server).  An alternative might be to go into Tuxpaint and open the
file from a location other than the save directory, but I can't see a way
to do that either.

Sure would appreciate any feedback!
