Thanks for the suggestion, Peter.  Besides 'Print' (and 'Quit', which
can already be disabled, but obviously you CAN still quit Tux Paint :^) ),
were there any other commands that you think should be semi-disable-able
in this fashion?

In the meantime, I'll see what I can do to restrict printing for the
upcoming 0.9.15 release of Tux Paint.
