You may have luck holding the [Alt/Option] key down as you click 'Print'.
That should, I believe, display a Mac OS X printer dialog.

I'm not 100% sure if that'll work in Fullscreen mode, or not.
Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac in front of me to test with. :^/

Let us know if that helps or not!  (I'm hoping to improve Tux Paint's
printing capabilities on Mac in the next release, though at this point,
I can't guess as to when that version will be available.)
