Update: I've enabled svg and cairo but the problem remains: still no
effect (beside sound) while drawing with the grass tool.

Seems like the magic tools code significantly chaged from 0.9.17 (my
previous build) to the current CVS.

I really don't know where to start in order to fix this.

Console output don't show anything useful.
