[Tuxpaint-users] Tux Paint 0.9.33 release candidate #1 beta version available

A beta release of what will become Tux Paint 0.9.33 is now
available for all the main platforms (Windows, macOS, Android,
RHEL Linux, Haiku), for those out here who would be willing
to give it a test drive and report back with any bugs, crashes,
or other issues.

The main changes are in Tux Paint itself, and are outlined at
the top of this document:
