[Tuxpaint-i18n] Please submit translations for Tux Paint 0.9.33

I'm hoping to release Tux Paint 0.9.33 in the coming weeks.
The major new features include:

 * Transparent erasers
 * Filled polygon drawing magic tool
 * Dithered pixel magic tools
 * Variations of the "3D Glasses" magic tool
 * Ability to ungroup Magic tools (make it one big list)
 * Brush descriptions

Srings have changed or been added to the various parts of the project
(not just `tuxpaint`, but also `tuxpaint-config` and `tuxpaint-docs`,
of course; also the website, of course).

If you'd like to get translation updates included in 0.9.33, please
commit them to the Git repositories at SourceForge if you have
access, or if you've cloned the project, commit to your own repo
and make a Pull Request.  Or, of course, you can just email me your
PO file(s) and I can commit them on your behalf.
