[Tuxpaint-i18n] Please send any updates for Tux Paint 0.9.32

This weekend I'm hoping to put together a release candidate ("rc") of Tux Paint
version 0.9.32, so the port maintainers (Luc, Mark, Pere, Shin-ichi, etc.) can
build beta versions for users to test.

If you have any localization updates (translation strings, audio files, etc.)
that you'd like to be part of the next release, please commit them to the
appropriate Git repo (if you have access) or email them to me soon.
