[Tuxpaint-i18n] Translation of Android build miniconfig tool

Hi all,
After a long delay after its launch, Tux Paint 0.9.31 is becoming ready for Android.
If you want to get its mini config tool translated to your language, please do it. :)

The updatable existing translations are at

or if your language is not one of those, the template.po file is at
