[Tuxpaint-devel] UI font configuration

It was a holiday from work and school today, so I also got some other
Tux Paint development done. :)  I'm adding a new "--uifont" option that
will allow you to specify a different font (than "DejaVu Sans", as
#defined in `fonts.h`) for Tux Paint's UI -- button labels, pop-up
dialog box text, and Tux's tips/instructions at the bottom.

So far so good (was a bit more trivial than I expected), and I'm
hoping to wrap up the last bits of it now... that being exposing
the option in Tux Paint Config.

Do try it out & let me know what you think.  Some examples can be
