[Tuxpaint-devel] Beta release of Tux Paint 0.9.30 & friends

Beta builds of Tux Paint 0.9.30 & friends are available for testing
for Windows, macOS, Android, and RHEL Linux (with Haiku hopefully
coming soon).  You can download it now!  Please see:

The main new features of Tux Paint itself, coming in 0.9.30, are:

 * Many Magic tools now offer sizing options!
 * A few other Magic tools improved
 * Documentation for Magic tools include example screenshots
 * Labels on UI buttons word-wrap, for improved legibility

Please test, and report back any bugs ASAP, so we can try to fix
them ahead of the final 0.9.30 release.
