Below are the changes since the "rc1" version last week that would
affect these platforms:
* Mended bug when scaling some stamps to fit on the UI buttons
(they were not maintaining their aspect ratio)
* New "rainbow gradient" template shipped with Tux Paint
* New Magic tool: "Double Vision"
* Low quality preview used when interacting with "Color Sep.",
"3D Glasses", or the new "Double Vision" magic tools
* Thicker outlines around stamps when placing & rotating them
For more on what's new in Tux Paint 0.9.29 overall (since last June's release;
version 0.9.28), please see the thread announcing the "rc1" beta release:
https://sourceforge.net/p/tuxpaint/mailman/message/37791847/
Notes:
* No new releases of Tux Paint Stamps or Tux Paint Config. have occurred,
so continue using the "rc1" versions of those (see the message linked above).
* Builds of 0.9.29-rc2 for macOS, Android, and Haiku OS have not yet arrived.
I'll post a quick follow-up to this thread as they become available.

PS - Thanks once again to Shin-Ichi TOYAMA for making these particular builds.
Thanks also to those who tested & provided feedback on -rc1!
