[Tuxpaint-devel] Kaleidoscopic lens Magic tools

I've added a pair of new tools, "Kaleido-4" and "Kaleido-6",
which apply a kaleidoscopic lens effect to the image,
either 4-way (90-degree) or 6-day (60-degree).  It's interactive
(with a low-res preview), which is a lot of fun :)
