[Tuxpaint-users] Tux Paint 0.9.28-3 built for Android, too

Tux Paint 0.9.28 has been rebuilt for Android as well.
It's available in F-Droid, and as a direct ".apk" download.

As with the Windows builds the other day, this applies two patches:
one mends a crash bug affecting the Fill tool's 'Brush' mode; if you
drew off the canvas, it could crash; the other addresses jaggedness
that can occur when running Tux Paint in fullscreen mode.
