[Tuxpaint-devel] Pipette tool begins drawing right away (ctrl+click quick access)

Note to self (or anyone else who wants to investigate)...

Under the sdl2.0 branch, something seems to be causing the
quick-access to the pipette (pick color from the canvas)
tool -- that is, holding [Ctrl] & clicking in the canvas -- to mak
Tux Paint's active active tool (e.g., Paint, Lines) think that
the mouse button is being held down.

Needs to be corrected before the next release!
