[Tuxpaint-users] Touchscreen testing help

Many years ago, a bug was reported about Tux Paint which
appeared to be an issue with SDL1.2, where Windows users
with touchscreens noticed that every tap in Tux Paint
appeared to occur only after another tap was made.

So for example, tapping the red color did nothing.
But if you tapped blue, red would be selected.
Then if you tapped the canvas to draw a dot, the
blue color would be selected.  Tap somewhere else,
and you get a blue dot in the previous spot.  And so on.
Tux Paint was always one step behind!  (This is bug #160)

If you have a Windows tablet or a PC with a touchscreen,
could you please test out Tux Paint 0.9.28 and let us know
whether things are working better now?
