After that, I upgraded the VMware player version from 15 to 16, and also
adjusted the video-related settings of the virtual machines.

Then sdl2 builds ran with no crash on either Windows 7 or Windows 10.

Therefore, if we had no crash report in the beta test, it might be O.K.
to release only 4 (not 8!) veriations (64bit/32bit * exe/zip) of SDL2
build for the next release.
