Hi Bhaskar,

You didn't mention which platform / operating system you're using,
but generally each download page for Tux Paint also includes
a link to download the stamps (either in one giant bundle, or
sometimes as separate downloads, one for each category).

For example, for modern Windows:

  https://tuxpaint.org/download/windows/

look for the "Rubber Stamps (optional)" section.


For RPM-based Linux systems (like Red Hat "RHEL"):

  https://tuxpaint.org/download/linux-rpm/

scroll down to the "Tux Paint Stamps" section, near
the bottom.
