I've just compiled an Android apk, it also has the patch suggested by 
Shin-ichi applied so you can test that too. Looks fine as far as I can tell :)

Note that it is a debug build, so the signature will not match with the official ones we release.
you will have to uninstall any installed tuxpaint before install this one.
