Confirmed!  I'll investigate, thanks.  I guess it wasn't
happening for me since I had a ~/.tuxpaintrc.  After I deleted it,
I saw the same behavior.

Hopefully, this will be the last thing to sort out[*] and
we can make a new release at last!

[*] I need to rework the Fill routine, but I don't want to
    risk overhauling it, breaking things, and delaying the
