When I tested libtextwrap on CentOS7 (Compatible to RHEL7), I 
created the RPM package in advance.
And I think I can build RPMs for other versions of RHEL.

Or, maybe we would be able to link tp-conf with libtextwrap 
statically (like fltk for current tp-conf RPMs).

Anyway, I think it is OK for linux.

I'm also wondering if I can really build libtextwrap on windows.
