libtextwrap compiled just by executing "bootstrap" before
"configure", which is written in README ;-p

I see there are a few boxes which have to be corrected, maybe 
because of that the width for measurements are little wider than
those of rendering spaces.

I will correct parameters for such boxes.

Otherwize, it looks perfect!

However, still I can not find the way how to use this library on 
windows.
