[Tuxpaint-users] Not able to open TuxPaint 0.9.26 on WIndows 10

Hi Team,

I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop and have Tux Paint ver 0.9.26
installed. When i try to launch Tuxpaint, nothing happens. I am not able to
launch app. I hav tried launching using both Tuxpaint shortcut icon as well
using TuxPaint.exe file under program Files folder. I dont get any error
either after i launch.  Not sure whats happening.

Can you please help what can i do?
