Hello, 
find attached the config file which was faulty. 
Here are the actions i took before noticing the crash: 
- downloaded Tux-paint  0.9.26 for Mac OS Big Sur  + the config software and stamps. 
-opened tuxpaint config and change some settings like bigger window, full screen, print, etc. (settings changed for “all users”, though there is anyway only one user on my laptop) 
-opened and installed the stamps. 
-opened Tuxpaint and realise the crash. 
-reset the settings to default. still crashing. 
-dis-installed and reinstalled TUx paint. still crashing. 
-installed the 0.9.25 version: still crashing. 
-deleted tux paint config file (there was only one: /Library/Application Support/TuxPaint/tuxpaint.cfg)
-everything works again!
