[Tuxpaint-stamps] Stamps available for Android!

Pere has put together a set of APK packages for Android
which can be used to install the Tux Paint Stamps collection.

Along with the main collection of art, sound effects, and
descriptive text strings (in a "main" package), there are also
separate packages that you can optionally download to install
the localized descriptive spoken sounds.
