And what I currently have for 0.9.26's press release has
been wrapped in gettext() and the strings can be found in the
"tuxpaint-website.pot" catalog.  (It adds 27 new strings,
though some of them are paragraph length :) )

Let me know if you notice any issues or have any questions!
