[Tuxpaint-users] More Tux Paint 0.9.24 test builds available

Some updates are available!  Sorry I've been so slow to get them
posted.

 * Linux RPM (RHEL/CentOS)
   (EL6 i686 & x86_64, and EL7 and EL8 x86_64)
   ftp://ftp.tuxpaint.org/unix/x/tuxpaint/testbuilds/rpm/0.9.24/

 * Android (updated)
   ftp://ftp.tuxpaint.org/unix/x/tuxpaint/testbuilds/android/0.9.24/
