Hi Sharon, Then there is this other option. The usersettings are usually in a hidden folder. On my pc it is C:\Users\Kirsten\AppData\Roaming\TuxPaint If I delete this folder, all the preferences are deleted. If Tux Paint re-starts, the folder is created again and the preferences are new.
