Hello Lloyd,

I used to build Tux Paint for Mac OS X but have not been able to update it
for a number of years due to time constraints (I'm currently working in
Oman and am using every spare minute to delve into the amazing landscape
here). Unfortunately the current build of Tux Paint doesn't work under El
Capitain 10.11.x. I believe Bill (Tux Paint lead developer) is looking for
individuals to continue maintaining the Mac release - he may be able to
update you on his progress.

I think learning about projects like yours are what makes Tux Paint
development so satisfying. Sorry that we don't have an immediate solution
for you...
