[Tuxpaint-users] Running Tux Paint on OSX 10.11.1

System: MAC OSX 10.11.1
Version: 0.9.22 (Beta)

I am a US Peace Corps volunteer serving Morocco. As part of a project to install useful applications on the many off line computers found in the youth centers we work in we have been adding Tux Paint to the machines. 
It is an excellent program that the young people find entertaining and interesting.

We were recently donated a number of MacBooks for our project but have not had any success installing the program on the updated MAC OSX
10.11.1 machines.

Is it correct that there is no version available for this operating system and if I am correct can you let me know when one might be available?
