[Tuxpaint-users] adding or deleting stamps

Hi. Is there a way to add images/pictures to the Stamps gallery? And also, is there a way to delete pictures from the Stamps, that we know our students will not be using/we don't want them to see?
If it is possible to either/both of the above, could you detail how to do it?
