[Tuxpaint-users] Prolonged startup in windows 7

Tuxpaint in pro 7 with mandatory profile takes forever to load I know 
someone said fontconfig, there ought to be a way of loading tuxpaints 
without pango and a simple package of pre-installed fonts that can be 
installed when the program is installed.
