[Tuxpaint-users] Prolonged start up of Tuxpaint

II hope I can get help on the following.

Students use a mandatory profile. When starting up tuxpaint, they wait a long time before the program finishes its setup. I've tried to prevent this by copying over the fontconfig folder (\AppData\local\Temp\ fontconfig) and it contents to the mandatory profile. However, Tuxpaint continues to want to run the initial setup.  Anyone have a solution?
