of course, I'm glad I can help.

I have found two files named current_id.txt, 
One of them is in the folder where I save my pictures now- the directory doesn't include Hebrew.
The other one is in a directory that does include Hebrew- C:\Users\בוחבוט\AppData\Roaming\TuxPaint (the Hebrew is my username)

I have a request in case you want to help us to more precise diagonostic this problem, could you locate a file called current_id.txt and tell us if it is under a directory with hebrew letters? Thanks.
