It was 0.9.21 with some patches.  (The threaded font loading to
get around SDL_Pango freezing Tux Paint while it looks for fonts
the first time you launch it.)

There are some UI issues... accessibility stuff from GSOC that
need to either be finished, or temporarily disabled until we can
iron things out.
