Hi Cindy -- as an export, yes probably some day.  As the native file format,
no... JPEG is lossy and introduces artifacts in the picture (especially
line drawings) which accumulate every time you load, edit and re-save.

In the meantime, Tux Paint's pictures are in PNG format, which you should
be able to easily convert to JPEG. (Or simply use it instead of JPEG)

Yes. Hold the ALT key while clicking Print.
