I just noticed this, via a Google News alert for the keyword "Tux Paint":

It's about a large Software Freedom Day[*] event in Pretoria, South Africa.
During the event, 'Translate.org' will be translating Tux Paint and
the GNOME Games.

Here's their page with stats on Tux Paint.  It'll be fun to see how it
has changed by Sunday. :)
