[Tuxpaint-devel] Color picker

I've added a color picker!

The rightmost button in the color palette now brings up a square with
~50,000+ colors in it.  Click within the square to select the color,
or click 'Back' to abort (and keep the color what it was before).

Let me know what you think. It's in CVS.
