Hi Ryan,

Your finding is correct: TuxPaint Config saves the TuxPaint settings  
in the .tuxpaintrc file in the home folder, and TuxPaint reads the  
file from this location, and, as far as I know, this location only.   
I'll consider adding code to TuxPaint to search for this file in the  
user and global Application Support folders as well; for now, you'll  
have to manually copy to file to each user's home directory.

Bill - does TuxPaint Config have any provisions for  
saving .tuxpaintrc in home folders as well as "global" folders, on  
Windows or Linux?  Would this be beneficial to add? Of course, every  
OS will require a different path for the "global" folder (I guess  
even Windows needs a different path for the home folder)...
