[Tuxpaint-devel] Chinese fonts

I see I'm going to have to fix the Traditional Chinese font, as there
are missing characters if I just symlink zh_tw.ttf ->
../../../fonts/truetype/arphic/gbsn00lp.ttf

I guess I'll just have to include the extract.  Like the Japanese font,
this is tailor-made for Tuxpaint and doesn't make sense to package
separately.

Also, I don't see a Simplified Chinese font in rc5 (zh_cn.ttf).  Is this
deliberate, or an oversight?
