Ok, yet another set of release candidates.  This time, all three packages:

  Tux Paint 0.9.16rc5
  Tux Paint Config 0.0.7rc5
  Tux Paint Stamps 2006.10.12

Ben, John, Martin and any other porters/packagers, please let me know
if you have issues, or if you've got builds for me to post so that
others can play with them.

It's in the usual place:
