This does not seem to happen on x86 Linux or Windows.
I've expanded the screen refresh by 1px on each side, in case there's
some math difference going on when it determines how big the XOR was
that needs to be drawn.

I'm committing to CVS now.

Did this not happen on Tux Paint 0.9.15?  I don't rememebr it... :^/
