Hehe.

Just doing some more testing with help from Lieven. Looks like I forgot
to disable the threaded font loading code, which works on my XP and 2K
machines but crashes on Windows 98 :-(

I tried updating freetype and adding the fix for SDL_ttf, but that had
no effect,
