[Tuxpaint-devel] Tux Paint 0.9.16rc1 for Windows available for beta testing!

Tux Paint 0.9.16 will be released soon.  We're currently making sure
it builds for the various platforms, and releasing test versions for
people to play with ('beta test').

John Popplewell has created Windows Installer and ZIP versions of
Tux Paint 0.9.16rc1.  ("rc1" means "release candidate #1")

He writes in:

  I've modified the stamps installer so that the categories installed are
  controlled by the user. I also remembered to update the links to the
  Tux Paint website. I'm sure I forgot lots of other things :-)
  
  I've only tested it a bit on XP, not on Win98 or 2K. The Ogg sounds seem
  to work, not tried the new colour-table or animations,
