The Mac build of Tux Paint is compiled against the OS X 10.3.9 SDK,  
meaning that OS X versions prior to 10.3.x are not supported.  I did  
try to support OS X 10.2.x, but encountered odd compile errors with  
the OS X 10.2.8 SDK - perhaps someone else might want to give this a  
try? (The latest XCode project files are in CVS).
