[Tuxpaint-devel] Execute bit incorrectly set in cvs

starters/skyline-sf-dusk-back.jpeg has the execute bit set.  I vaguely
recall it's difficult to change this in cvs (i.e. you can't just chmod
a-x and commit) ... and yes, if I do that, it's a NOOP.  And if I touch
the file and commit, then remove the file and re-update, the execute bit
is still set.

So ... how do we fix this?

Shouldn't that be .jpg anyway, or is .jpeg fine?
