They've gotten back to me over the phone, had me clarify my concerns, and
are going to look into it more closely.

I mentioned that the same seller(s) appear to be selling rebranded
OpenOffice.org, Linux distros, and no doubt some other Open Source stuff.
I didn't recall whether they had claimed copyright ownership on those,
but it looks like eBay will be looking over them in general, so they'll
find out soon.
