A beta release of the upcoming version of Tux Paint, 0.9.21, is now also available as for Mac OS X (as a 'DMG' disk image). This was created by Dave Vasilevsky, who ports the open source game "X-Moto" to Mac OS X. (I found him in the #macosx IRC channel on Freenode.) Big thanks for the work he did figuring this out, since he had never built (and possibly had never _seen_) Tux Paint before. One person (zakk on #sdl) has tested it so far, and mentioned a problem with the mouse pointers, but was unable to replicated it today. (He tested on an Intel Mac running Mac OS X 10.5. I'm very curious to know whether this build can run on PPC Macs and on older versions of OS X.) ftp://ftp.tuxpaint.org/unix/x/tuxpaint/testbuilds/macosx/0.9.21/ Thanks, and enjoy!
